We’ve identified that form notification emails are not being delivered as expected for some customers, due to an issue with an upstream provider. Our team is actively working with the provider to resolve the issue and restore normal notification delivery as soon as possible.
Form submissions themselves are not impacted and can still be reviewed via the Forms tab in site settings as expected. We’ll share another update as soon as more information becomes available.

Bot Management Issues
Cloudflare is investigating issues with our Bot Management feature. Customers may experience a decrease in the percentage of traffic detected as automated since JSD detections have been turned off due to false positives since Feb 18 2026.
We are working to mitigate this problem.
