This caused active Cloudflare Tunnel connections and Browser Isolation sessions to disconnect and attempt to re-establish simultaneously. While this surge initially resulted in elevated error rates and registration failures, service health has now recovered, and connection success rates have returned to normal levels. Most customers should see services operating normally at this time.

We have identified an issue with our Bot Management feature causing rules with IDs 50331648 and 50331649 to match traffic unexpectedly. Customers using Bot Management may have seen an increase in requests flagged by these rules. We have disabled the affected feature to prevent further impact. Our team is actively working on a fix.

Cloudflare engineering is continuing to run a process that is ingesting the missing logs. No data was lost and new log collection post incident are unaffected.
