We're currently investigating a Partial Service disruption of the Swish payment method that began at 14:37 UTC. This issue is external to Stripe and is causing increased error rates for transactions processed through the Swish payment method. We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.

The issue has been identified as a DNSSEC signing problem at DENIC, the organization responsible for the .DE top-level domain. Cloudflare has temporarily disabled DNSSEC validation for .de domains on 1.1.1.1 resolver (as per RFC 7646) in order to allow .DE names to continue to resolve. We have identified an issue with our Bot Management feature causing rules with IDs 50331648 and 50331649 to match traffic unexpectedly. Customers using Bot Management may have seen an increase in requests flagged by these rules. We have disabled the affected feature to prevent further impact. Our team is actively working on a fix.

Cloudflare engineering is continuing to run a process that is ingesting the missing logs. No data was lost and new log collection post incident are unaffected.
