Cloudflare is investigating issues with Cloudflare One Connectivity. Users connecting to Chicago datacenter may experience connectivity issues or a degraded Internet experience.

We are investigating intermittent loading issues affecting Cloudflare Access and Gateway Analytics within the Cloudflare One dashboard. This is a display-only issue specifically impacting the rendering of rollup analytics. Please be assured that all data collection remains uninterrupted. Access and Gateway analytics are fully operational.

We have identified an issue with our Bot Management feature causing rules with IDs 50331648 and 50331649 to match traffic unexpectedly from April 1st 2026. Some customers using Bot Management may have seen an increase in requests flagged by these rules. We have disabled the affected feature to prevent further impact. A fix has been implemented, it will take 48 hours for detections to stabilize.

Our engineers have implemented a fix and are monitoring system performance. We have resolved the tax calculation issue, and customer invoices have been corrected with the appropriate tax amounts. If you were overcharged, your refund will be automatically processed to your card on file within 7–10 business days. If you were undercharged, the corrected tax balance has been applied; please log in to your console to validate the updated invoice details. We will provide another update in an hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
