By using StackFox ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. We may update these terms at any time.
The Service
StackFox provides tools to analyze websites' technology stacks, AI crawler policies, and bot traffic. We offer both free tools and paid subscription plans.
Your Account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- One person or entity per account — no shared accounts
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Scrape or collect data from the Service beyond normal use
- Resell or redistribute our data without permission
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Use automated tools to access the Service beyond our API limits
API Usage
API access is subject to rate limits based on your plan. Exceeding limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension. API keys are confidential — don't share them or expose them in client-side code.
Intellectual Property
Our content: The Service, including its design, features, and data compilations, is owned by StackFox. You may not copy or reproduce it without permission.
Your content: You retain ownership of data you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve the Service.
Third-party data: Website analysis results are based on publicly available information. We make no guarantees about accuracy.
Payment & Refunds
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
- No refunds for partial months or unused features
- We may suspend accounts with overdue payments
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Website analysis results are for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on this data.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StackFox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
